This automatic bag conversion line is designed according to the cutting and sewing features of PP cloth roll.
The production line has replaced the outdated procedures and heavy handwork Controlled by the computer,printed cloth roll or plain cloth roll will be undertaken several procedures automatically to get the final bag.
The procedures are: loading the roll, rectifying deviation, pre setting length of bag and then bag feed out and cutter cutting the bag, the clip move the bag to sewing section, sewing machine will auto-start to sewing the bag, the tread cutter will cut the thread between two bag, then the bag went into co actor. The final bags are identical in size and come out from the machine in order; the number of bags is accurate. This kind of bag supplies a convenient way for packing, storing of goods and shipping of container. Moreover it saves the labor and improves working efficiency.
